Not the official cover, still trying to navigate Photoshop.
Even though I need to start working on book 2 of The Morning Star, titled "Equinox" (now that I figured out the direction I want it to go), I'm having a blast writing "Catching Frogs".
It's a chick-lit, rom-com, mildly sleazy but endearing story of Marnie Cummings. At 25 years old, she has a successful career in marketing, a bad-ass flat in downtown L.A. overlooking the Staples Center, a rich and hot Swede banker boyfriend who loves her, and a best friend who is getting married. But something is missing. It's that old adage, you have to kiss a lot of frogs to find your prince, but with a twist. Because after Marnie meets Lauren, Kendra's future sister in law, feelings stir inside Marnie that she can't explain and tries to come to terms with. Lauren is a little bit older, successful, sophisticated, beautiful and a lesbian. And Marnie learns, that maybe, she hasn't been searching for her prince this whole time...
